At a Snail's Pace

A special experience, unique to our home here in Newlands, Cape Town. I've never seen so many snails converge in one place.  Ever since the rains came this winter, we have had at least 20 or 30 snails, clustered around our exterior walls, at all times.  On a particularly rainy morning, we'll have upwards of forty (that I can see!).  I love the design on the shells.

A Photo a Day with Juliet Hutchings

Though I specialize in animal companion photography, I like to take photos of all sorts of things.  I take this photo a day project as an opportunity to grow my skills and share how I see the world around me.  I hope you enjoy.
